Zalman Leib Teitelbaum, also known as Yekusiel Yehuda Teitelbaum, is a prominent figure in the Jewish community, serving as one of the two Grand Rebbes of Satmar. Born on December 23, 1951, he has become a respected leader in the field of Judaism. As the Grand Rebbe, he plays a significant role in guiding his followers and upholding the traditions of the Satmar dynasty.
Teitelbaum leads the Williamsburg, Brooklyn faction of the Satmar community, with its central congregation, Yetev Lev D'Satmar, located on Rodney Street in Brooklyn. In addition to his role as Grand Rebbe, he also serves as the dean of the Satmar yeshiva in Queens, New York.
